Two bedrooms, two bathrooms
Blue Room on the ground floor, Gold Room on the mezzanine: each has its own bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms face the inner courtyard: you get a quiet night's sleep.
Cook at home
Oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and moka pot, and a table for six. There's a supermarket 50 m away.
Washer-dryer
Wash and dry your clothes at home, with no need to find a laundromat.
Wi-Fi and climate control
Wi-Fi throughout the home and on the patio. Air conditioning in every room, and heating.

The mezzanine lounge overlooks the living room: it's a shared space, not a bedroom. The mezzanine, with the Gold Room and the lounge, is recommended for guests up to 1.80 m (5 ft 11 in) tall.

Yes, we give you a receipt for your stay. We don't issue invoices: if your company or your yacht needs a different document, check before you book.
How do I pay?
On the payment page you can use a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; bank transfer is also available on request. You pay 20% when you book, and the balance is charged automatically 14 days before arrival. The tourist tax is paid separately, in cash on departure: €1.50 per night for each adult guest, for the first 10 consecutive nights.
Can I stay more than 28 nights?
Online you can book from 2 to 28 nights; at some times of the year the minimum is higher. For a longer stay, ask us for a quote on WhatsApp, with your dates and how many of you there are.
What if the job takes longer or finishes early?
If you cancel before the balance is charged, which happens 14 days before arrival, you only lose the 20% deposit. Once the balance is charged, the stay is non-refundable. If the job takes longer, message us right away: we'll tell you whether the nights after your stay are available.
How many people can stay without sharing a bed?
Four: two in the double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and two on the single sofa beds in the mezzanine lounge, which overlooks the living room. Six only if two couples share the double beds. The mezzanine is recommended for guests up to 1.80 m (5 ft 11 in) tall.
How far is it to the Darsena shipyards?
20 to 33 minutes on foot, 7 to 12 by bike and 3 to 6 by car, depending on the shipyard: the table above shows each one. We calculated the distances with OpenStreetMap; driving times are without traffic.

I'm working in Viareggio in February: does Carnival affect me?
Yes, on parade days, between January 30 and February 20, 2027. The floats pass in front of the building, which is inside the ticketed area during the parades: you need a ticket even if you're staying here. If your stay includes a parade day, message us before you book.
