Suite Carducci Viareggio Booking conditions

Price

The total includes your stay and final cleaning. The Viareggio tourist tax is not included: €1.50 per night for each guest aged 18 or over, for the first 10 consecutive nights, payable in cash at check-out. Guests under 18, people with severe disabilities and their companion are exempt.

Payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

When you book, you pay 20% of the total as a deposit. The balance is charged automatically to the same card 14 days before arrival. By accepting these conditions you authorise this second charge.

Instalments with Klarna or PayPal

You pay the whole stay upfront through the link we send you; Klarna or PayPal split the amount into instalments under their own terms and assess each request.

Cancellation

Amounts paid are non-refundable.

• If you cancel before the balance is charged, you only lose the 20% and the balance is not charged.
• Once the balance has been charged, and with Klarna or PayPal, the full amount is non-refundable.
• A no-show counts as a cancellation.
• If you leave early, unused nights are not refunded.

If the balance payment fails

We will contact you to pay by another method. If payment is not received within 3 days, we may cancel the booking and keep the 20%.

If we cannot host you

If, due to force majeure or sudden and unforeseeable events, we are unable to host you, we will refund everything you have paid.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 5:00 pm, with a personal welcome. If you would like to arrive earlier, we will do our best to welcome you, depending on the previous guests' departure and the preparation of the apartment.
• Check-out by 10:00 am.
• Maximum 6 guests.
• On arrival we need ID documents for all guests, as required by law.

House rules

• No pets and no parties.
• No smoking indoors; smoking is allowed on the patio.
• Quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
