Arrival and departure.
Times, welcome, and how to get here by train, plane and car.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. Need to get in earlier? Ask us: whenever possible, we'll make it work. Late check-out also needs to be requested in advance: it's possible if no other guests are arriving that day, because we need time to get the home ready. The same rule applies if you want to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out: just ask. To check in earlier or check out later, message us on WhatsApp.
Do you welcome guests in person?
Yes: from 5 pm we'll be waiting for you at the front door of Viale Carducci 15, hand over the keys and show you around. Bring ID for all guests: it's needed for the registration required by law. We don't have private parking, but we'll help you find a space. On Viale Carducci you park on the street with the daily permit (€12 a day, also valid on the sea side) or the weekly permit (€25, on the building side and in the nearby streets of zona B); the permit doesn't reserve a space. If you like, we'll buy it for you: send us your license plate and car model before you travel. All the rules, with the zona B map, are in the parking guide.
Can I drive up to the building's front door?
Yes: Viale Carducci is open to cars. The promenade, however, is pedestrian-only and monitored by cameras that read license plates: you can't drive in there. Streets and permits are covered in the parking guide.
Is there free parking for unloading luggage?
Yes, 15 minutes: take the free ticket from the parking meter and display it on the dashboard. After the 15 minutes, you can't use another free ticket on the same street: if you leave the car there, you pay for parking. Parking hours and rules are in the parking guide.

Yes, 50 m away: the Conad City at Viale Carducci 23/B, with a deli counter and bread, open every day, Sundays included. When you arrive, you'll already find water, oil, salt, coffee and tea in the kitchen. The supermarket and our favorite local shops are in Groceries.
