The apartment is on the ground floor; it doesn’t have a balcony but does have a comfortable patio at the back, equipped with chairs and an umbrella.
The price includes the apartment rental, utilities (water, electricity, gas), bed linen and towels, and the final cleaning. The tourist tax, which must be paid at check-out (€1.5/adult per night), is not included in the price.

Yes, Wi-Fi (FTTC) is free and serves the entire apartment.

The mezzanine floor is 1.90m high, so it is not recommended for very tall people.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but it is allowed outside, on the patio.
Yes, the apartment has a small laundry area with a washer/dryer and a sink.
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped, and also available are: a kettle, toaster, microwave, juicer, convection oven, coffee machine, moka pot, wine glasses.
